Click on the osteochondral lesion...

This is a differential diagnosis of a meniscal injury in children, teenagers and young adults. It is a disease whose lesion affects the bone immediately under the cartilage. The arrow shows an ostéochondral lesion visible on an x-ray of the knee in the medial femoral condyle. There is a strong likelihood  of a cure until growth ends.  During adolescence  evolution is less favourable and it is not rare to observe a separation of the ostéochondral fragment.
