This image shows an arthritis of the knee in a patient with haemophilia.  Repeated articular effusions (haemarthrosis: presence of blood inside the articulation) typical of this disease, cause a destruction of the articular cartilage in the long term. The radiography of the knee clearly shows the total pinching of the articulation, typical of an inflammatory disease.
