jerk test ou pivot shift test: back to anterior cruciate ligament

 

 Jerk test or pivot shift test.

 

The video shows a positive pivot shift test, in which there is an anterior cruciate ligament injury (acl). In full extension the tibia is anteriorly subluxated compared with the femur . At 20° - 30° flexion, pivot shifting will occur, with a visible “clunk” as the lateral tibial plateu suddenly reduces .
