The orange arrow is pointing to the lateral epicondyle of the distal end of the humerus zone of insertion of the extensor tendons. These tendons control the extension of the wrist. When overused, they can lead to a degenerative condition, producing the typical epicondylitis pain.
If pain is lower (blu arrow) radial nerve may be involved.
