Advertise - Pubblicitè - Pubblicità Athletes who practice bodybuilding (photo # 1) may sometimes damage the elbow cartilage: arthroscopy can be proposed.
These cartilaginous lesions are related to the excessive loads applied daily to the elbow to strengthen the biceps. Sometimes a load of 200-300 kg. is the cause of elbow osteoarthritis, with pain and blockages of the joint.
