Different techniques are used to reconstruct the ligaments of the elbow. Photo No. 1 shows an anchor in the lateral condyle which promotes repair of the external capsule. Sometimes a real reconstruction of external lateral ligament is carried out with the palmaris longus tendon taken from the same patient. A small incision is made at the wrist: the graft can be removed with a stripper and it can measure about 20 cm (photo 2).
